Video: Iroquois Park

Sunday, I played with my new camera in Louisville’s Iroquois Park, including the outside of the amphitheater, the playground and the hilltop, where a small festival was taking place and scenic views of downtown can be found.

This excursion helped me learn that I need a tripod!

I would have spent more time at the really cool playground, but there’s only so long parents will let some dude hang out filming their kids before they call the cops!

My new toy

I recently purchased a JVC Everio camcorder, and I’ve started to play with it. I like the camera, but getting it to connect to iMovie should be a lot easier than it is.

Anyway, look for some badly-produced vdeos to show up on YouTube in the coming weeks! I’ll mainly just be playing around so that I can add basic video editing to my bag of PR-ish tricks.
